Mango Smoothie

A thick, tropical mango smoothie blends sweet ripe mango into a creamy, refreshing drink in two minutes. It is naturally sweet, dairy-free if you like, and feels like sunshine in a glass. A perfect breakfast on the go or an afternoon cooler.

Ingredients

  • 250 g frozen mango
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml plant or dairy milk
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • optional honey

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen mango and banana to the blender.
  2. Pour in the milk and yogurt.
  3. Blend on high until completely smooth and thick.
  4. Add a little more milk if it is too thick to pour.
  5. Taste and add honey only if needed.
  6. Pour into a glass and serve cold.

💡 Chef's tip

Add the liquid gradually and blend up from the bottom, so you use only as much as needed for a thick, spoonable texture.

Using frozen mango instead of fresh plus ice gives a thick, frosty smoothie without watering down the bright mango flavor.
