Ingredients
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 100 g frozen pineapple
- 250 ml plant milk
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend the spinach with the plant milk until completely smooth.
- Add frozen banana, pineapple and chia.
- Blend again until thick and creamy.
- Pour and drink right away.
💡 Chef's tip
Freeze the banana and pineapple so the smoothie is cold and thick without ice diluting it.
Blending the spinach with just the liquid first, before adding frozen fruit, breaks it down completely so you get the color and nutrients with none of the leafy texture.
