Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 150 g rolled oats
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp baking powder
Instructions
- Blend the bananas, oats, eggs, milk, and baking powder until smooth.
- Let the batter rest 5 minutes to thicken.
- Heat a lightly greased pan over medium heat.
- Pour small rounds of batter into the pan.
- Cook until bubbles form and the edges set, about 2 minutes.
- Flip and cook 1 to 2 minutes more until golden.
- Stack and serve with fruit and a drizzle of honey.

Cook them a little slower than regular pancakes, since the banana sugars brown fast and can scorch over high heat.
