Air Fryer Egg Rolls

Ingredients
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 300 g ground pork
- 3 cups cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 tbsp each garlic and ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- as needed oil spray
Instructions
- Stir-fry the pork with the garlic and ginger until cooked.
- Add the cabbage and carrot and cook until wilted, then stir in the soy sauce and cool.
- Place filling on each wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly, sealing with water.
- Arrange in the air fryer basket and spray with oil.
- Air fry at 195C (390F) for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with dipping sauce.
💡 Chef's tip
Seal the wrappers well with a dab of water and do not overfill; a tight roll keeps the filling in and crisps evenly.
Brushing or spraying the rolls with a thin layer of oil is what gives them their deep-fried crispness and golden color in the air fryer.
