Ingredients
- 1 large bag tortilla chips
- 400 g ground beef
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- to taste jalapenos, sliced
- to serve toppings: salsa, avocado, sour cream
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef, drain, then stir in the taco seasoning with a splash of water.
- Preheat the oven to 200C (400F).
- Spread half the chips on a baking sheet and top with half the beef, beans, and cheese.
- Layer on the remaining chips and toppings.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
- Finish with jalapenos, salsa, avocado, and sour cream, then serve immediately.
