Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Buffalo chicken dip is a warm, creamy, spicy crowd-pleaser that disappears at every party. It packs all the flavor of buffalo wings into a scoopable, cheesy dip. Serve it bubbling hot with tortilla chips, crackers, or celery sticks.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 225 g cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar
  • to garnish green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C (375F).
  2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then mix in the buffalo sauce and ranch.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and half the cheddar.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheddar.
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until hot and bubbling.
  6. Garnish with green onions and serve with chips and celery.

💡 Chef's tip

Use rotisserie chicken to make this come together in minutes with no extra cooking.

Folding shredded chicken into a base of cream cheese and buffalo sauce before baking lets the flavors meld and bake into a luscious, melty dip rather than a greasy one.
