Air Fryer Donuts

Air Fryer Donuts

Air fryer donuts are fluffy, golden, and coated in cinnamon sugar, made easily with biscuit dough. They deliver the joy of fresh donuts without deep frying. Ready in minutes, they are a fun weekend breakfast or treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 can canned biscuit dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • as needed oil spray

Instructions

  1. Separate the biscuits and cut a hole in the center of each to form rings.
  2. Lightly spray the air fryer basket and arrange the donuts in a single layer.
  3. Air fry at 175C (350F) for 5 to 6 minutes until golden and puffed.
  4. Mix the sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  5. Brush the warm donuts with melted butter.
  6. Roll them in the cinnamon sugar and serve warm.

💡 Chef's tip

Brush the hot donuts with melted butter before rolling in cinnamon sugar so the coating sticks evenly.

Using canned biscuit dough is the shortcut that makes these come together in minutes, puffing up light and airy in the air fryer with no yeast or rising needed.
