Air Fryer Brownies

Fudgy, crackly-topped brownies from the air fryer - a small-batch chocolate fix without heating the oven.

Ingredients

  • 120 g dark chocolate
  • 80 g butter
  • 120 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g flour

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and butter together; stir in sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs, then fold in flour.
  3. Pour into a small lined tin that fits the basket.
  4. Air fry at 160C (320F) for 15-18 minutes; cool before cutting.

💡 Chef's tip

Underbake slightly and let them cool in the tin - brownies firm up as they cool and stay fudgy.
