Easy Guacamole

Chunky, fresh guacamole with lime and cilantro - five minutes from avocado to the best dip on the table.

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 red onion, diced
  • 2 tbsp cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Mash half the avocado with lime juice and salt.
  2. Cube the rest and fold in.
  3. Stir in onion and cilantro.
  4. Serve with chips or tacos.

💡 Chef's tip

Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface if storing - air is what turns guacamole brown.

Mashing only half the avocado and folding in the rest in chunks gives guacamole its signature texture, instead of a uniform paste.
