Fresh Fruit Salad

A bright bowl of juicy seasonal fruit with a hint of honey-lime - the easiest, healthiest dessert there is.

Ingredients

  • 600 g mixed seasonal fruit
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • a few leaves mint

Instructions

  1. Chop the firmer fruit into bite-size pieces.
  2. Whisk lime juice with honey.
  3. Toss the fruit gently with the dressing.
  4. Add berries and mint last and serve cold.

💡 Chef's tip

Add soft fruits like berries and banana last and toss gently so they do not bruise into mush.

A small squeeze of lime and drizzle of honey draws out the fruits' juices into a light natural syrup and stops cut apples and bananas from browning.
