Grilled Chicken Skewers

Juicy, charred chicken skewers with a simple marinade - a crowd-pleasing centerpiece for any cookout.

Ingredients

  • 700 g chicken breast, cubed
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Mix yogurt, lemon, garlic and paprika; marinate chicken 20 minutes.
  2. Thread onto skewers with small gaps.
  3. Grill over medium-high heat 10-12 minutes, turning, until charred and cooked through.
  4. Rest 5 minutes before serving.

💡 Chef's tip

Leave a small gap between pieces on the skewer so the heat reaches every side and the chicken cooks evenly.
