Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 3 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3 tbsp flour
Instructions
- Saute the onion, carrots, and celery in butter until soft.
- Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Add the wild rice, chicken, and broth and simmer for 35 minutes until the rice is tender.
- Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the pot.
