Ingredients
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 300 g cooked chicken breast
- 4 tbsp caesar dressing
- 40 g parmesan
- 1 cup croutons
Instructions
- Chop and dry the romaine; place in a large bowl.
- Slice the chicken.
- Toss the leaves with dressing until coated.
- Top with chicken, parmesan and croutons.
💡 Chef's tip
Dry the romaine well after washing - water on the leaves dilutes the dressing and makes it slide off.
Tossing the leaves with the dressing in a large bowl (rather than drizzling on the plate) coats every leaf evenly, the way a restaurant caesar always is.
