Ingredients
- 250 g noodles
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 lime

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package, reserving a little cooking water before draining.
- Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, grated garlic, and a touch of honey into a sauce.
- Loosen the sauce with a few spoons of the hot noodle water until pourable.
- Toss the drained noodles in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Add chili to taste for heat.

Make the sauce while the noodles cook so everything comes together at once and the noodles do not stick.
