Ingredients
- 1.5 kg beef chuck roast
- 4 potatoes, chunked
- 4 carrots, chunked
- 1 onion, quartered
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season the roast and sear it on all sides using the saute function, then set aside.

- Add the broth, scraping up the browned bits, and return the roast.
- Seal and pressure cook on high for 60 minutes, then natural release for 15 minutes.

- Rest the roast, thicken the juices into gravy, and serve.
