Ingredients
- 800 g flank or skirt steak
- 1 orange, juiced
- 2 lime, juiced
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp cumin
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Whisk the orange and lime juice, garlic, cilantro, cumin, oil, salt, and pepper into a marinade.
- Coat the steak and marinate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat the grill to high, about 260C (500F).
- Grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Rest the steak for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Slice thinly against the grain and serve with tortillas and lime.
