Air Fryer Meatballs
Air fryer meatballs are tender, juicy, and evenly browned all over in about 15 minutes. The circulating heat cooks them through while giving a golden crust without turning or splattering. Serve them with pasta, in subs, or with a dipping sauce.

Ingredients
- 700 g ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp parsley
Instructions
- Mix the beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, seasoning, salt, and pepper until just combined.
- Roll into evenly sized meatballs.
- Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 190C (375F) for 10 to 12 minutes, shaking once.
- Cook until browned and the centers reach 70C (160F).
- Serve with pasta, marinara, or in a sub.
💡 Chef's tip
Do not overmix the meat; gentle mixing keeps the meatballs tender rather than dense and tough.
Cooking meatballs in the air fryer browns them on all sides at once, something a pan cannot do, giving even color without the need to constantly turn them.
