Ingredients
- 400 g flank steak, sliced
- 400 g broccoli
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 3 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Blanch broccoli 1 minute, then drain.
- Sear sliced beef in a hot wok until browned; remove.
- Stir-fry garlic, add sauces and a splash of water.
- Return beef and broccoli, toss to coat and serve.
