Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Crispy on the outside and tender inside, air fryer sweet potato fries are a healthier take on a favorite side. The air fryer crisps them with just a little oil, so they are far lighter than the deep-fried version. Serve them with a dipping sauce as a snack or side.

💡 Chef's tip
Cut the fries to an even thickness and do not crowd the basket, or they will steam instead of crisping.
Tossing the cut fries with a teaspoon of cornstarch before the oil is the trick to a crisp shell, since sweet potatoes are naturally moist and tend to go soft.
