Air Fryer Salmon Bites

Ingredients
- 350 g salmon fillet, skinless
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Toss with oil, garlic powder, paprika and salt.
- Air fry at 200C (400F) for 7-9 minutes, shaking once.
- Rest 2 minutes and serve with lemon.
💡 Chef's tip
Pat the salmon very dry before seasoning; surface moisture is the enemy of a crisp edge.
Cutting the salmon into even 1-inch cubes is what keeps the outside crisp while the center stays just-cooked - larger pieces dry out before they color.
